- Have insurance coverage for the building and the policy assigned to GBCCU Ltd.
- Loan instalments to include Insurance Premium.
- Disbursement will be made only after a progress report by a qualified valuator approved by the Society is received and evaluated.
- All the fees and expenses in connection with the said loan will be paid by the borrower.
- Compulsory Saving of $50.00.

Bundling an existing mortgage
- If the mortgage is not with the Society, statement from financial institution with mortgage payo balance.
- Valuation of Property
- Copy of the Certificate of Title
- 5% deposit on savings

- Proforma Invoice for items being bundled
- Credit Report

- Approved plan
- Letter of approval from the Physical Planning Authority
- Bill of Quantities and Estimates Valuation of Property
- Copy of certificate of title
